When we started this project, we imagined this phase would be much later in the roadmap. Why? We wanted to ensure that the project first delivered value to its holders and that we were able to engage in the larger NFT community of artists, collectors, and investors to enhance the public perception of The Prolifics brand.
We are still going to deliver on those things. We just don't believe they are the top priority. During our development of The Prolifics, we learned something incredibly important:
Strong communities align around a shared purpose.
- The purpose must be clearly defined.
- It must be the reason why the community gathers.
- The purpose must be focused on ONE important thing.
If that purpose is simply to make money by appreciating the value of a shared asset, that is fine. No judgment here. We like money too. The problem arises when there are hundreds of communities doing the exact same thing. And in the Crypto and NFT spaces, there are plenty of communities to join if that's what you want to do.
The Prolifics are different.
The first phase of our roadmap is the creation of another NFT project that expands The Prolifics visual language to include compounds where the Prolifics live. One of the most exciting launches of the year was SOLSTEAD, an NFT home with a gallery feature that allows you to display a collection of your NFTs. This amazing project is the inspiration for our Phase 1 drop. We will be releasing 10,000 Prolific Properties and only holders will be given access to the initial minting event. This project will be mintable at 1 SOL for holders. In the event that our holders don't buy all the inventory, we will put the remaining inventory on the market priced at 25 SOL each.
100% of the proceeds from this mint and 100% of royalties will go to a DAO fund that is controlled by the owners of The Prolifics NFT. This DAO will be the core of our community and will focus on leveraging this significant capital to help children who live in poverty find their way out.
Where? How? When? It's all up to the DAO to discuss and decide. Should we immediately deploy the funds to existing charities? Should we invest a portion of the funds to be used at a later time? Should we create a new NGO to teach kids how to make money with Web 3.0? Do we test multiple ideas and then go all in on the best one? All this will be discussed immediately following The Prolifics NFT Mint and will be the focus of the community.

These banners will be images of the world in 2049 and showcase cityscapes, skylines, and other backgrounds that compliment the style of The Prolifics.

This is a big one! As you've seen in our community videos, The Prolifics has the potential to be far more than a gorgeous and unique PFP. The art is done in Cinema 4D and this gives us the ability to create a version of the model that can be imported and used as an actual avatar that maps to your facial movements using the technology similar to what powers Bitmoji and Memoji's on your mobile device.
This is a token sale that allows holders of The Prolific to purchase a 3D model of their Prolific that is optimized for use with mobile face-mapping technology. We will also explore developing a full model, from the feet up to the head, which would feature additional closing options like pants, skirts, and shoes. With the massive amount of work that goes into a project like this, we're still determining the price.

Our second partnership project is more than just one project. This drop gives holders access to The Prolifics Launchpad. This is free and will deliver multiple rewards over time that allow you access to a curated selection of high-potential mints, ICOs, and ways to participate in helping charitable organizations chosen by our DAO.

Each wallet can only mint 1 NFT. We know this limit is easily bypassed by using multiple wallets or by BOTs, so we're taking some advice from one of the savviest SOL community members, @levicook. He suggested the best way to stop BOTs was to raise the mint price to make botting the drop too risky.
Why? Because botters make money on volume plays, especially on Solana with the low transaction fees. For example, if I mint a single NFT for 1 SOL and the floor after mint hits 1.2 SOL, I probably will hold if I like the art. Because .2 SOL profit isn't worth giving up the NFT. But if a botter buys 500 NFTs and can flip them all for a .2 SOL profit, that botter makes 100 SOL.
So we're setting our mint price at 2 SOL. We know we might not sell out instantly because a lot of flippers and botters just want to make a quick buck and they will ignore our mint. The thing is, we're actually building something here. It's not a quick money play. It's our vision for how the NFT projects and communities of the future will need to function in order to justify their existence.
Take a look at our roadmap and you'll see the long-term value we are building for our holders. We don't care about traders, botters, and people looking to make a quick buck. We're looking for holders that understand the potential and want to participate over the long term in something that will have a positive impact on the NFT community and the real world we live in.

We have over 180 traits and while that might seem normal, the really interesting part of this drop is that we have 5 unique base models. There are 3 men's and 2 women's bases, resulting in much more variety than a PFP NFT project with a single model or illustration for the head.
